The building was constructed in 1523 by Rao Karamsji - the 8th son of the founder of Jodhpur Rao Jodha, who chose Khimsar which is 90 km away from Jodhpur to build this majestic fort, spread over eleven acres of sprawling lawns, orchards, courtyards and magnificent sand dunes.

They have across 85 rooms accommodation including 18 luxuriously appointed huts situated in the Dunes. Each of these rooms comes with world-class services and facilities to make your stay memorable.
